Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping Times

  • UK: 4-12 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 4-12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-14 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at support@cozieco.com. We will assist by liaising with the shipping carrier and providing any available tracking updates.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, delivery is managed by the carrier and is outside of our direct control. While we will always do our best to help, delays, missed deliveries, or delivery issues caused by the courier may need to be resolved directly with the carrier.
